1. Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to bring our unique glass creations to customers around the globe. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom orders may take longer to complete, and an estimated production time will be communicated upon order confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Customers will see the total shipping fee before finalizing their purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your region and the selected shipping method:
- Netherlands & EU: 3-10 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and carrier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. GS-Glassart is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs processing.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking it down with the shipping carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. GS-Glassart is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regional regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
