1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or is defective in the next 30 days after delivery. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss possible solutions.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide options for a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged. We encourage customers to carefully review and confirm all details before finalizing custom orders.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already started working on your order, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping fees.
